Fresh-Sides is the first all natural and healthy quick-side, packaged so you can add your favorite ingredients & seasonings and cook right in our re-sealable bag for all the taste you want within minutes without the mess. Our unique steam cooking process retains more nutrients than other cooking methods and maximizes natural flavors and texture for a delicious Fresh-Side every time.

Directions
Basic cooking instructions: 1. Open re-sealable bag, add your choice of simple seasonings* or cook as is. For enhanced flavor we encourage cutting potatoes into chunks, slices or wedges. Re-seal bag securely and place flat on a microwavable plate. 2. Microwave 8* minutes on high (1100w) or on "potato" setting. The bag will inflate. 3. Using pot holders, carefully remove plate from microwave. Let rest for 1 minute. Use the cool touch panels at the top and bottom of bag for safe handling. Carefully open the seal with a fork and serve. *Simple seasonings: we suggest 1-2 tbsp. of butter; brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, dried cranberries, raisins, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, etc. to taste. Create it your way: 1. Follow basic cooking instructions step 1. Microwave 4* minutes on high (1100w). 2. Using pot holders, carefully remove plate from microwave. Let rest for 1 minute. Use the cool touch panels at the top and bottom of bag for safe handling. Carefully open seal with a fork. 3. Add your choice of quick cook ingredients*. 4. Re-seal bag securely and place flat on a microwavable plate. Cook an additional 4* minutes on high (1100w). Repeat step 2 and serve. *Quick cook ingredients: we suggest fresh grated orange rind to taste; about 1 cup of diced or sliced apples, chopped pecans, walnuts, dried cranberries, cooked meats, etc. *Cooking times may vary with microwave and size of product(s).

- Tipping is optional but encouraged for delivery orders. It's a great way to show your shopper appreciation and recognition for excellent service. 100% of your tip goes directly to the shopper who delivers your order.
With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too.
Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
