Pop on the Stovetop: Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a medium pot over medium-high heat. Add 1/4 cup popcorn kernels and cover with a tight lid. Shake the pan frequently until most of the kernels have popped, or there are 3 seconds between pops. Makes about 4 cups popped popcorn. Pop in the Microwave: Place 1/4 cup popcorn kernels in a small paper bag. Pop on 100% power for 1:30 to 2:30, until most of the kernels have popped, or there are 3 seconds between pops. Makes about 4 cups popped popcorn. Top it Off! It's easy to top your popcorn with these tasty flavor combinations. Simply drizzle the wet ingredients over 4 cups popped popcorn, add the dry ingredients, and toss to coat. Maple Flax: 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp flaxseed meal. Coconut Curry: 1-1/2 tsp curry powder, 1/4 cup shredded coconut, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 tsp sea salt. Sesame Spice: 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1-1/2 tsps five-spice seasoning powder. Store in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness.
