White Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Potato Starch, Sweet Rice Flour, Almond Meal, Sucanat, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Leavening (Calcium Lactate, Calcium Carbonate, Citric Acid) Cellulose Gum, Carbohydrate Gum. Contains Yeast Packet - Ingredients: Yeast. Calcium Lactate is Not Dairy Derived.
Directions
Mama's Pizza Crust: Ingredients: 1 package Mama's Pizza Crust Mix; 3/4 cup warm water; 1 tbsp yeast; 1 tsp sugar (optional); 1/2 cup milk (dairy, rice, soy, nut); 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 egg (Eggless version: Increase liquid by 2-3 tbsp [Will make crust slightly chewier, but same great flavor]); 1 tsp cider vinegar. Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Measure 1/4 cup of mix and set aside. Pour remaining mix into stand mixer bowl. Mix together yeast, water, and sugar and set aside until foamy. With mixer running on low speed, pour in yeast mixture. Add milk, oil, egg and vinegar. Beat on high speed for 2-3 minutes. Lightly spray pizza sheet with cooking spray. Using the saved mix, lightly flour hands. Take half of dough and place in center of pizza sheet. Generously sprinkle top of dough with a portion of excess mix. Form a circle by pressing from the center out to 1/4 inch thickness - If using a rolling pin, roll lightly. Allow to rest for about 15-30 minutes. Poke several holes in crust with a fork and baste lightly with olive oil. Place in preheated oven for 12 minutes. Remove from oven; add sauce and toppings. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust begins to brown. Makes two 12-inch thin crust pizzas. Thick Crust: Follow above instructions, pressing dough into a circle with 1/2 inch thickness. Bake for 15 minutes before adding toppings. Makes one 16-inch pizza or two 8-inch pizzas.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
