Top This!® Extra-Thin Pizza Crusts Traditional White.
Ingredients
Wheat Flour (Unbleached And Unbromated), Filtered Water, Sea Salt, Sugar, Yeast, Non-GMO Canola Free.
Directions
Preparation Instructions: Cheese first then sauce. This is a good tip. It keeps the wet sauce away from the crust so it will get nice and crisp. Put cheese on first then dollop the sauce on top or, using a squeeze bottle, zigzag or spiral the sauce on top of the cheese. Less is more - Don't over-top: Very thin crusts such as Top This! Should be topped lightly. Use about one cup (5-6 oz.) of cheese per 13" pizza. If you add any other toppings, be very sparing with them... a little goes a long way. Lower cast/fewer calories/crisper crust! On Your Outdoor Grill. -Preheat grill to 450° for at least 20 minutes then turn half the grill to its lowest setting while leaving the other half on full high heat. -Cook pizza on the low side of the grill with the lid closed. -Check often to be sure the bottom of the pizza is getting charred but not burnt. -You may have to rotate the pizza halfway through the cooking to char it evenly. In your oven. -Preheat oven to 450° for at least 20 minutes (preheat pizza stone even longer). -Bake right on the rack of the oven or on the stone for 6-9 minutes. -For a crisp pizza crust, do not use a pizza pan (even a perforated one), sheet pan or anything else to cook these pizzas. Test For Doneness. When you think the pizza is done, use kitchen tongs to lift it up about 6-8 inches on one side while it is still baking on the oven rack: If It Bends, It Is Not Done. Keep cooking it until it does not bend. The edges of the pizza might get a little charred but that is to be expected with a thin-crust pizza like this. Store Frozen. Top This!® Pizza crusts are perishable S should be kept frozen. They'll stay fresh up to a year in the freezer and last three weeks once thawed and refrigerated. We do not put an expiration date on the package. We do not know if or when they are going to be thawed. However, whether purchased frozen frozen or refrigerated -it's best to freeze them at home if both crusts won't be cooked immediately. Refreezing them will have no negative effect on the product.
