Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Conventional Oven (Recommended): 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove from all packaging and place fish on baking sheet or foil. 3. Cook in oven for 12-15 minutes. Turn fish over and heat for an additional 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Microwave Oven (Based on 1100 watts): 1. Remove 5 fish sticks (1 serving) from all packaging and place on a microwave safe plate lined with a paper towel. 2. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. 3. Flip over. 4. Microwave for an additional 1 minute or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) is reached. 5. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Do not thaw. Oven and microwave oven temperature vary; adjust cooking times as necessary. Caution, product well be hot after cooking.
