Directions
Cooking: 1. Bring 40 oz (5 cups) of water to a boil in a 4 quart pot. 2. Add package of dry soup mix and stir for 1 minute. 3. Reduce heat from high and cook uncovered for 15 minutes. Soup should slightly boil for the entire duration of cooking. 4. Remove from heat. For authentic Italian taste sprinkle with Alessi grated cheese (optional). Serve and enjoy! Makes 4-1/2 one cup servings.
