• Position fryer on stable ground, outdoors, away from any buildings decks or porches.
• Never leave the fryer unattended.
• Keep children and pets away from the fryer at all times.
• Protect hands with insulated oven mitts. Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes to prevent burns from splatters.
• Do not overfill the pot with oil.
• Turn off the flame when lowering the turkey into the pot, or lifting it out.
• Keep o fire extinguisher nearby Never use water to extinguish an oil fire.
• Oil will remain hot for several hours after cooking. Allow oil to cool completely before moving or storing.
• Do not attempt to move or carry the pot while the oil is hot.
• Do not cover the pot until the oil is at least room temperature.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
