Ingredients
Vegetable Blend: Broccoli, Sugar Snap Peas, Carrots, Water Chestnuts, Red Peppers, Mushrooms, Baby Cob Corn. Sauce: (Water, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat), Sherry Wine, Sugar, Food Starch-modified, Vinegar, Garlic Powder, Salt, Soybean Oil, Spices, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavors, Toasted Onion).
Directions
Saute or Stir-Fry (Preferred Method): 1) Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. 2) Place 1/2 of the vegetables into the skillet. Add 1 tablespoon water. Cover and cook for 11 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3) Add contents of 1 sauce pouch. Recover and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally or until heated through. Microwave: 1) Place 1/2 of the vegetables into a microwave-safe dish. 2) Cover and microwave on high 9 minutes, stir halfway through cooking. 3) Remove dish from microwave and carefully drain. 4) Add contents of 1 sauce pouch. Recover and microwave for an additional 5 minutes; stir halfway through cooking. 5) Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir and serve. (Cooking instructions were developed using 1000-watt microwave; adjust cooking times accordingly.) Serving Suggestions from our Chef: 1) Prepare Birds Eye® Oriental Stir Fry according to package directions. 2) Add a drizzle of sesame oil, sesame seeds, chili garlic sauce and 8 ounces fully cooked shrimp. Cook, stirring, until heated through.
Keep frozen. Store tightly closed in freezer at 0F.
