Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees at all times. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly to 160 degrees. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Quick & Easy Cooking Tips: No need to thaw prior to cooking but a slight thaw may be helpful to separate the patties. Use scissors to cut the plastic package in the center. The seal will remain intact and allow you to use the two patties. The others will remain sealed for later use. For maximum cooking convenience we recommend using an electric sandwich grill. Just place the frozen patty on the pre-heated grill and close the lid. Ready to serve in about 8 minutes! To grill or pan fry use medium heat until the juices rise to the surface. (about 5 min) Flip patty and cook for approx 3 min. longer. Garnish and serve.
