Please read all instructions and warnings before use. To reduce the risk of burns, fire and personal injury, this product must be used in accordance with the warnings and use instructions. Uses: Provides temporary relief of minor muscular and joint aches and pains associated with overexertion, strains, sprains and arthritis. Directions: Open the plastic wrapper when ready to use. Insert one heat pad into each of the two pockets of the wrap. Do not insert more than one pad per pocket. Make sure side of heat pad labeled This side toward body is facing your skin. Position the pockets with the heat pads over the desired spot. Stretch the wrap around your body and secure it for a custom fit. Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period. The product may take up to 30 minutes to heat up.
Warnings
Do Not Use: If your doctor does not recommend this product for you or your condition. If the heat pad is damaged or torn. With medicated patches, lotions, creams or ointments. On broken or sensitive skin such as your abdomen. On areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours. If you are not capable of applying and removing the heat wrap by yourself. On infants, children under 12 and some elderly. On areas of the body where heat cannot be felt. If you are bedridden or prone to skin ulcers. With other forms of heat, including electric heat. Multiple heat wraps near each other. Ask A Doctor Before Use: If you are pregnant or have diabetes, circulatory problems, allergies, paralysis, nerve damage, heart disease or rheumatoid arthritis. When Using This Product: Check skin frequently for signs of irritation, burns or blistering - if found, stop use immediately. It is normal to experience slight skin redness after removing the heat wrap. If your skin is still red after a few hours, stop using heat wraps until the redness goes away completely. If product feels too hot, stop use. Do not place extra pressure or tight clothing over this product. Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period. Warnings: For external use only. Do not use this product while sleeping. Check skin frequently during use. This product has the potential to cause skin irritation or burns. If you find irritation or a burn, remove product immediately. Do not use heat wrap in the same location for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period. If you are 55 years of age or older, wear the heat wrap over a layer of clothing and not directly against your skin, as your risk for burns increases with age. The heat pad contains iron that can be harmful if ingested. If swallowed, rinse mouth with water and call a poison control center immediately. If heat pad contents come in contact with your skin or eyes, rinse with water immediately. To avoid the risk of fire, do not microwave this product or attempt to reheat. - There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
