Included in Package: 1 pkg. seasoning mix; 1 pkg. vegetable mix; 1 pkg. pasta. You Will Need: 3-1/4 cups beef broth; 2-1/2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes; 1-1/2 cups burgundy wine (or other red wine); 2 cups fresh-sliced mushrooms; 1 pkg. (14 oz.) frozen pearl onions, thawed (optional). Easy Prep & Go Directions: 1. Put seasoning mix in a 6 or 7 quart Crock-Pot slow cooker. Whisk in broth. 2. Add beef, vegetable mix and wine. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low or 4 to 6 hours on high. 3. About 25 minutes before the end of cooking time, add pasta, onions and mushrooms. Stir well. Variation: For an even richer taste, sear meat before adding to the Crock-Pot slow cooker.
