Directions
Traditional Italian Risotto: 1-1/2 cups Village Harvest Arborio Rice, 1 medium onion, diced, 2 tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp butter, 5 cups stock-chicken, beef, or vegetable, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, salt & pepper. 1. Brown the onion in the oil and butter in a medium sized saucepan until golden brown. 2. Add 1-1/2 cups Village Harvest Arborio rice and stir with a wooden spoon over medium heat for a few minutes. 3. Add just enough stock to cover rice, simmer, stirring frequently. 4. As rice absorbs the stock, add the remainder until the rice is cooked (16-20 minutes). 5. Stir in parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste and serve.

- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
