Water, Enriched Macaroni with Egg Whites (semolina [wheat], egg whites, niacin, Iron [ferrous sulfate], thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread (Cheddar Cheese [pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes], water, whey, sodium phosphate, contains less than 2% of milkfat, salt, sodium alginate, lactic acid, apo-carotenal [color]), Liquid Margarine (soybean oil, water, vegetable mono-and diglycerides, salt, natural flavor [includes milk], Vitamin A palmitate added, Vitamin D3), Nonfat Dry Milk. Contains 2% or less: dry whole milk, food starch-modified, enriched wheat flour (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), salt, sweet whey, inactive torula yeast, paprika annatto blend (canola oil, natural extractives of paprika, natural extractives of annatto seeds, ascorbic acid, natural flavor [rosemary extract]).

Directions
BAKE
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Do not put container in a convection or toaster oven.
Remove tray from box, remove film.
Place tray on cookie sheet on center rack of oven
and bake 60 minutes if frozen or 40-45 minutes if thawed.
Remove from oven, stir thoroughly and let cool
3-5 minutes before serving.
MICROWAVE
Remove tray from box but do not remove film. (If frozen, thaw 15 minutes on defrost or half power.)
Slit film lengthwise about 1 inch in middle of tray.
Cook 10-12 minutes on high power.
Let stand 2-3 minutes in microwave then carefully remove.
Remove film, stir product thoroughly and serve.
