They are trimmed and perfectly portioned at 4 oz. for a slightly smaller serving, making them convenient for a light meal or snack. The resealable outer bag allows you to cook as many, or as few, as you need at one time.

Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandle or cooked improperly. For you protection, follow these safe handling instruction. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Skillet-Coat skillet lightly with cooking spray or oil. Heat pan on medium to high heat. Add breasts to pan and brown 1 minute per side. Reduce heat cover, and cook an additional 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F at center of breast, turning 3 to 4 times (cook times may vary, adjust accordingly). Oven - Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place breasts on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F at center of breast (cook times may vary, adjust accordingly). Grill - Preheat grill. Grill breasts, cooking 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F at center of breast (cook times may vary, adjust accordingly). Prepare from thawed. Thaw in refrigerator. Product should be cooked within 48 hours of thawing.
Keep refrigerated.

- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
