Achaar is a spicy Indian condiment that adds umami kick to the foods you love. Our tomato achaar spicy, savory and tangy. Traditionally it's eaten with rice and curry but you can top it on most anything - eggs, sandwiches, tacos, grilled meats, noodles or even cook with it by adding it to lentils, soups, salad dressings. Mix it into mayo for dipping fries in or into guacamole to go with chips.

The story of Brooklyn Delhi begins in Brooklyn where for the last 10 years, chef and cookbook author Chitra Agrawal has been creating recipes inspired by her family’s recipes from India. In 2014, she launched Brooklyn Delhi with her husband Ben Garthus, a food packaging designer to share those recipes with a wider audience. Since then, Brooklyn Delhi has won acclaim from food critics at the New York Times, Food & Wine, Saveur and more with products that Chitra & Ben still develop here in their home kitchen using simple, clean ingredients.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
