Once upon a time, in Brooklyn New York, an immigrant boy of thirteen started working in a pizza store after school. Lines and lines of customers came in to watch this young man's award-winning pizza tossing. The boy, champion pizza maker Eddie, loved making serve in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. But pizza making was Eddie's passion. Upon returning home, he opened his first pizza store in Far Rockaway, NY, doing what he did best - making delicious pizza. That success was followed by another thriving pizza store on Ave. J in Brooklyn. Thereafter Eddie and his brother Ari, owned and operated the famous landmark pizza restaurant - Broadway's J-2 NYC Pizza - for over 25 years in NYC. It was one of the busiest and largest pizza restaurants in the whole world. Millions of these traditional cheesy, tasty NYC pies were being enjoyed by pizza lovers who truly appreciate quality pizza. Today, Eddie owns and operates the largest wholesale & retail handmade pizza parlor located in the Sunset Park area of Brooklyn. He's still doing what he loves the most - making the world's most delicious pizza. Only now they can be enjoyed anywhere. Note: This large handmade 40 oz, 2-1/2 lb family size pizza is fully baked, cut to 8 large slices and stacked for your convenience in a resealable freezer bag, packaged in a 10 x 10 box. Heat and eat in approximately 4-5 minutes. Kosher means highest quality ingredients. Therefore: the best!

Directions
Keep frozen.
Heating Directions:
1. Remove amount of slices needed and defrost.
2. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 450°F for 10 minutes.
3. Place desired amount of slices on oven rack. Position in center.
4. Pizza will be heated in approximately 4-5 minutes.
Time will vary depending on oven.
