Quinoa, Enriched Long Grain Rice (Rice, Niacin, Iron [Ferric Orthophosphate], Thiamin [Thiamin Mononitrate], Folic Acid), Black Beans, Spices (Contains Celery), Onion, Red Rice, Corn, Salt, Tomatoes, Corn Starch, Sugar, Corn Syrup Powder, Ancho Chile, Garlic Powder, Green Bell Pepper, Red Bell Pepper, Yeast Extracts, Vegetable Oils, Parsley.
Directions
Stove Top: 1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1-1/2 cups water, 1 teaspoon olive oil, canola oil or butter (optional) and contents of pouch. 2. Bring to a vigorous boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook until Quinoa is tender, but still chewy, and white spiral-like threads appear around each grain, usually when all the water is absorbed. Cooks in 12-15 minutes. 3. Remove from heat, fluff with a fork and serve. Makes 3 cups.
