Ingredients
Sugar, Non-dairy Creamer (vegetable Fat, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate, Emulsifiers, Anticaking Agent & Flavor), Dry Whole Milk, Peanut Flour, Modified Tapioca Starch, Oat Flour, Salt, Spices, Natural And Artificial Flavor, Tricalcium Phosphate (anticaking Agent), Xanthan Gum, Microcrystaline Cellulose, Soy Lecithin.
Directions
Stove Top: 1. Add porridge mix to 2 cups tap water in a small sauce pan. 2. Heat over a medium flame, while stirring, until all lumps have dissolved and porridge comes to a gentle boil. 3. Reduce to a low flame and simmer for a further 5 minutes, while stirring periodically. Makes 2 - 8 oz cups. Microwave: 1. Pour 2 cups of water in a microwave-safe bowl large enough to comfortably stir the porridge with out spilling. 2. Add contents of the packet to the water and stir until the lumps are dissolved. 3. Microwave for 3 minutes on High (1,200 W). 4. Remove from the microwave and stir. 5. Microwave again, monitoring closely as porridge may bubble over, for 3 minutes on High (1,200 W). 6. Stir again and enjoy. Handle with care as bowl and porridge will be very hot at this point. Makes 2 - 8 oz cups. Caution: These instructions are guidelines only. Microwave ovens vary, so cooking times are approximate. Periodically check the porridge while cooking as it may bubble over in the microwave. Store in a cool dry place.
