For food safety and quality, please follow these handling instructions. Preparation: Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Conventional Oven: Heat frozen fish cakes at 425F for about 20 minutes. Convection Oven: bake frozen fish cakes at 400F for about 15 minutes. Microwave: In a 1000-watt oven, place four 2 oz. fish cakes in a single layer on a microwave-safe dish. Cook on high for 4 minutes, rotating plate after 2 minutes. Fry: Deep fry frozen fish cakes at 360F for 3-5 minutes. Saute: Thaw fish cakes in covered container overnight in refrigerator (below 40F). Preheat skillet to medium heat with oil and saute for 3 minutes on each side or until fish cakes reach an internal temperature of 165F. Adjust cooking time depending upon appliance characteristics. Fish products may contain bones. Do not overcook.
Keep frozen until prepared.
