Stove-Top Directions: 1. Measure 2 cups boiling water into serving bowl. 2. Add pouch of Idahoan® Potatoes all at once, using a fork to moisten all potatoes. Let stand 1 minute. 3. Stir well and serve. Microwave Directions: All microwaves vary and heating times may have to be adjusted. 1. Measure 2 cups cold water into a microwave serving bowl. 2. Stir in pouch of Idahoan® Potatoes. 3. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. 4. Stir well and serve. Creamy Preparation Directions: 1. Combine 1-1/2 cups water and 1/2 cup of milk* in sauce pan. 2. Heat to a boil. Remove from heat and add entire pouch of Idahoan® Potatoes, distributing evenly with utensil. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Stir and then serve. *For each serving, the addition of 2% milk adds an additional 15 calories, 5 calories from fat, 0.5 grams of total fat (1% DV),15 milligrams of sodium (1% DV), 1 gram of carbohydrates (1% DV), 1 gram of sugars, 1 gram of protein, 2% DV of vitamin A, and 4% DV of calcium.
