Heat food in the glassware dish to the correct temperature. 2. Shortly before the dish is done, heat the hot/cold pack in your microwave oven, following the instructions printed on the pack. 3. Carefully remove the hot/cold pack from the microwave, using potholders. 4. Slide the hot pack into the bottom pocket of the carrying case, using potholders. 5. When done heating, remove the dish from the oven, using potholders. 6. As soon as it's safe to do so, carefully place the plastic lid on the hot dish. 7. Immediately place the dish with lid in the carrying case. (see notes below). 8. If you have a second hot pack, slide it into the top pocket of the carrying case, using potholders 9. Use the zipper to close the bag. To use for cold foods: 1. Freeze the hot/cold pack overnight (more than 8 hours) in your freezer. If the hot/cold pack becomes too stiff and does not fit inside the pocket of the carrier, let it set for up to two minutes until it softens so that it is flexible. 2. Refrigerate or freeze cold foods in the glassware dish. Cold food must be thoroughly chilled to 4.4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or colder before placing in the carrying case. Allow adequate time to chill property. 3. Slide the cold pack into the bottom pocket of the carrying case. 4. Put the plastic lid on the cold dish. Immediately place the dish with lid in the carrying case. (see notes below). 6. If you have a second cold pack, slide it into the top pocket of the carrying case. 7. Use the zipper to close the bag. To transport any foods: Close carrying case zipper and Velcro handle closure before transporting. Hold the carrying case with dish inside as level as possible, to avoid leaks. Be sure to use the plastic lid whenever you transport food. Plastic lids are not airtight, and overfilled dishes or liquid from foods may leak. Condensation may develop on the underside of the plastic lid. Remove lid carefully. Notes for Double-Decker carriers: 1. First, pack the bottom compartment and close the bottom zipper Then pack the top compartment and close the zipper. Finally, put the carrying straps together, then wrap and secure with the hook-and-loop closure handle. 2. To open after transporting, reverse the process for packing. 3. Some heat may transfer between the two compartments if you pack hot and cold foods together. Use care when packing cold foods that may spoil if they get too heated. Care: Hot/cold pack: clean by hand with a sponge or cloth using soap and hot water. Carrying case: hand wash only, wipe clean with damp sponge or cloth, then hang to dry. Here's a breakdown of Instacart delivery cost:

- Delivery fees start at $3.99 for same-day orders over $35. Fees vary for one-hour deliveries, club store deliveries, and deliveries under $35.
- Service fees vary and are subject to change based on factors like location and the number and types of items in your cart. Orders containing alcohol have a separate service fee.
- Tipping is optional but encouraged for delivery orders. It's a great way to show your shopper appreciation and recognition for excellent service. 100% of your tip goes directly to the shopper who delivers your order.

With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

When an item you want is out-of-stock at the store, your shopper will follow your replacement preferences.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
