Directions
Slow Cooker: What You Need: 1.5 lbs. of pork roast and slider buns. 1. Rub pork roast with spice pack. 2. Place in slow cooker and pour in cooking sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. 3. After cooking, drain liquid from slow cooker and shred beef with forks. 4. Pour finishing sauce over meat and heat on low for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite extras (see below for ideas). Skillet: What You Need: 1.5 lbs. of ground beefand slider buns. 1. Place ground beef in skillet and shake spice pack over meat. 2. Add cooking sauce. 3. Cook beef until brown (Stubb’s recommends following safe minimum cooking temperatures) and most of liquid is gone. 4. Pour finishing sauce over meat and heat on low until sauce is desired thickness. Serve with your favorite extras (see below for ideas).
More Ways to Enjoy: Use ground turkey or chicken instead beef or pork. Add in extras like onions, pickles, slaw, jalapenos or bacon.
