Directions
Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thawing is not recommended - cook form frozen. Baking: [Cooking times, temperatures, and fillet size may vary substantially. Test cooked fish by inserting fork at thickest part of the fillet. Fish should flake with gentle pressure, and flesh should be opaque. (Internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees F)]. Conventional Oven: Bake for 20-25 minutes at 450 degrees F. Convection Oven: Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees F.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
