Shake well. Product can be frozen if unopened. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. For Recipe Purposes: 3 tbsp; 1 large egg whites of approx. 1/3 cup; 2 large eggs whites of approx. 3/4 cup; 4 large eggs whites of approx.
