Simmer: YOU WILL NEED: Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Makes 5 (1–cup) servings. 1 package Zatarain's® Southern Stroganoff Pasta Dinner Mix; 1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey; 2 1/4 cups milk; 1 cup water. DIRECTIONS: 1. BROWN meat in large (12 inch) skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. 2. STIR in milk, water and Pasta Dinner Mix. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. 3. REMOVE from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sauce will thicken upon standing. Stir before serving.
