Directions
You will need 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces, 2 cups water. Brown 1 lb chicken breast pieces in large skillet, cook until done (minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F when tested with meat thermometer). Add 2 cups water, vegetable blend, BBQ sauce and pasta. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover, simmer & stir often until most of water is gone, about 8-10 min. Remove from heat. Add cheese with Velveeta cheese sauce pouch. Stir in cheese sauce. Customize it! Top skillet with french fried onions for added crunch.
