Prepare: Microwave Oven Method: Do not piece, puncture or open steambag before heating. Gently massage package to break apart vegetables before microwaving. Please steambag in microwave, directions side up, Microwave on high for 5 minutes. let stand 1 minute. (microwave oven temperatures vary; toy may have to adjust times accordingly. If any cold sports are noticeable on outside of bag after heating, microwave another 30 seconds). Carefully pour vegetables from steambag; drain, in needed. Season to taste. Caution: Contains steam. Contents will be hot. Stove Top Method: Bring 2 cups water to boil over high heat. Pour in frozen vegetables and return boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain; season to taste.
Pair: Serve with buttermilk ranch dip as a snack or add to pasta salad for a crisp texture.
