Directions
Keep frozen. Cooking: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Remove shrimp from packaging before cooking. For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions below. Conventional Oven: 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. 3. Arrange uncooked shrimp in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between shrimp. 4. Bake uncovered 14 to 16 minutes (fully cooked shrimp must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher) until coating is golden brown and crispy. Turn shrimp over after 8 minutes of cooking. Cook shrimp thoroughly before serving. Deep Frying: 1. Place shrimp in basket, separating to prevent from sticking. 2. Fry at 350 degrees F for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Note: The correct oil temperature is critical to ensure proper browning and doneness. Always allow oil to reheat before frying additional shrimp. Microwaving is not recommended.
