Thawing and Cooking Guide: Thawing: Thaw in sealed package under cold water for 30 minutes or until thawed. Skillet (From Thawed): Heat a lightly oiled skillet to medium high heat. Add chicken breasts and cover for 6 minutes, flip breasts and cook covered for an additional 6 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 170 degrees F. Oven (From Thawed): Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, place chicken breasts on a lightly oiled foil lined pan. Bake for 18 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 170 degrees F. Oven (From Frozen): Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, place chicken breasts on a lightly oiled foil lined pan. Bake for 35 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 170 degrees F. Grill (From Frozen): Spray grill with cooking spray. Prepare grill so heat is medium-hot (If using charcoal grill, test temperature by holding your hand 6 inches above the grill rack.
