White Meat Chicken Breast [chicken Breast Meat, Water, Rice Starch, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Black Pepper], Sugar Snap Peas, Sauce [water, Soy Sauce {water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt}, Sugar, Lemongrass, Canola Oil, Onions, Roasted Garlic, Cornstarch, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Onion, Salt, Chicken Base (roasted Chicken, Salt, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Chicken Fat, Cornstarch, Onion Powder, Turmeric {color}, Natural Flavor), Caramel Color, Spices, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Natural Flavors], Carrots, Onions, Red Bell Peppers, Green Onions.
Directions
Keep frozen. Preparation Instructions: Stovetop (Preferred Method): Step 1. Place sauce pouch in warm water to thaw. Step 2. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in nonstick pan over medium heat. Step 3. Add sauce and heat until bubbly hot about 30 seconds. Warning: Be careful as sauce may splatter. Step 4. Stir once then add remaining ingredients and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Step 5. Uncover and continue to cook stirring occasionally, for another 2 to 3 minutes or until ingredients are thoroughly hot (Internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds. These instructions are guidelines only since individual cooking equipment varies in temperature). Serve with rice and enjoy. Microwave: Place sauce pouch in warm water to thaw. Combine chicken and vegetables in a microwave safe container and pour sauce on top. Cover with plastic wrap. Poke plastic wrap with a few holes to vent. Microwave on high heat for 2 minutes. Stir and heat for an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until hot (Internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds.
