Cookie Mix Ingredients: Sugar, Enriched Bleached Flour (wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Soybean Oil, Food Starch-modified, Dried Pumpkin Flakes (contains Corn Flour), Spices, Salt, Baking Soda, Yellow 6 Lake. Glaze Mix Ingredients: Sugar, Food Starch-modified, Spices, Soybean Oil, Salt, Natural And Artificial Flavors.

You'll Need: 1 Egg, 1 Stick (1/2 Cup) Butter or Margarine*, Softened (not melted), 31/2–4 tsp Water for Glaze1. Heat oven to 350degF. If necessary, soften cold butter in microwave on high power for 10–15 seconds.2. Stir egg, butter and cookie mix until dough forms, hand kneading if necessary.Scoop dough and place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. For cookie bars, press dough into lightly greased 8x8-inch pan.3. Bake as directed below or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes and remove from cookie sheet. For cookie bars, cool thoroughly before cutting.For Glaze: Whisk together spiced-vanilla glaze mix (enclosed) and water until glaze is desired consistency. Spread glaze onto cooled cookies or bars. Allow to set. Store cookies in airtight container.Do not eat raw batter.To yield 18–21 cookies, use 1 rounded Tbsp of dough and bake for 9–11 minutes.
