Organic Sprouted Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Cultured Buttermilk, Organic Sprouted Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Organic Sprouted Whole Grain Millet Flour, Almond Flour, Oat Bran, Cassava Flour, Pecan Flour, Organic Sprouted Whole Grain Buckwheat Flour, Grainless & Aluminum-free Baking Powder (sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Potato Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate), Thickener (potato Starch And Psyllium), Organic Sprouted Whole Grain Quinoa Flour, Cellulose, Rice Protein, Pea Protein, Psyllium, Sea Salt, Baking Soda.
Directions
Pancakes: 1/2 cup (70 g) Protein Pancake Mix; 1 egg (For egg-free version, use your favorite egg replacer [results may vary]. Thicker batter works best); 1/2 cup milk (Milk alternatives or water can be used); 1 tbsp oil. Yield: six 4-inch pancakes. Pre-heat griddle to med/med high heat. Mix all ingredients together. Let batter sit 1-2 minutes. Pour batter onto a lightly oiled griddle. When bubbles appear and pancake puffs, flip and cook until bottom is golden brown. Oil griddle before cooking each pancake. Thicker batter will create thicker pancakes. Water can be added to thin batter. Waffles: Mix together 1 cup mix, 1 egg (For egg-free version, use your favorite egg replacer [results may vary]. Thicker batter works best); 1 tbsp oil, 1 cup water. Pour onto medium heated greased waffle iron. Oil iron between waffles. Yield: two 7 to 8-inch, thick waffles. For best results refrigerate after opening.

- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
