Enriched Medium Grain Rice (Rice, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid), Freeze-Dried Green Peas, Dehydrated Onion, Salt, Fish Sauce Powder (Sardines, Maltodextrin), Dehydrated Red and Green Bell Peppers, Dehydrated Garlic, Spices (Includes Paprika), Garlic and Onion Powder, Soybean Oil (with Citric Acid Added as Antioxidant), Annatto.

Ingredients Needed: 2-1/2 cups water; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1 lb mixed seafood (use one type of seafood, such as shrimp or scallops, or a combination. If using fish select a firm variety, such as swordfish. Cut fish into 1 inch pieces, lightly brown in olive oil and set aside. Add fish with remaining seafood). Cooking. 1. In a large saucepan, combine the water, olive oil and the rice and seasoning packets. Mix well. 2. Bring to boil. Cover and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat to Low and continue cooking, covered, for 10 minutes. Add seafood (use one type of seafood, such as shrimp or scallops, or a combination. If using fish select a firm variety, such as swordfish. Cut fish into 1 inch pieces, lightly brown in olive oil and set aside. If water has evaporated and rice is not tender, add 1/4 cup water. Fluff rice and serve. Garnish with sliced pimentos and asparagus, if desired.
