Grill it! Or sear it!
1. Heat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
2. Rinse and cut romaine head in half lengthwise, lay on plate.
3. Brush or spray cut side with olive oil.
4. Place cut side on grill or skillet.
5. Grill or sear 1-2 minutes until grill or sear marks are showing (do not cover or turn over).
6. Move to serving plate and drizzle with dressing inside pack.
7. Top with seasoning, parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Serve!
Chop it!
1. Rinse and chop romaine into bite-size pieces and place in salad bowl.
2. Toss with dressing inside pack.
3. Top with seasoning, Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Serve!
