Preparation: Place one tea bag in a cup and add 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 12 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove. For Use: We recommend 3 cups daily. Add sweetener if desired. Naturally caffeine free. How to Brew: 1. Pour 8 oz. 2. Temp 212 degrees F. 3. Steep 12 min.
