Bake: Garden Chicken Salad.
1/4 cup Hellmann's® low fat mayonnaise dressing. 2 tbsp. milk. 2 tbsp. chopped green onions. 1 tbsp. lemon juice. 1 tsp. sugar. 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper. 5 cups assorted cut-up fresh veggies. 6 cups torn lettuce leaves. 3/4 lb. slice cooked chicken (about 2-1/2 cups).
Mix mayonnaise dressing, milk, green onions, lemon juice, sugar and black pepper in small bowl. Arrange veggies on lettuce-linked platter; top with chicken.
Serve with dressing. Makes 4 servings.
