Add milk & margarine (butter). Microwaveable. Oven Instructions: preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a 1 1/2-quart baking dish, stir together potatoes, sauce mix, 2 cups boiling (use boiling water for best potato texture and sauce appearance) water, 1/2 cup 2% milk, and 2 tablespoons margarine, softened. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until top is light golden brown and potatoes are tender. Remove from oven (sauce will thicken as it stands). Microwave Directions: Stir together potatoes, sauce mix, 21/2 cups hot water, 1/2 cup 2% milk, and 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened, in a 2-quart microwave-safe dish. Microwave uncovered on high for 13 to 18 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until potatoes are tender. (sauce will thicken as it stands.)dish will be hot.
