Ingredients
Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (sunflower, Cottonseed, Soybean, And/or Canola), Salt, Dextrose, Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate (to Retain Natural Color), Annatto (vegetable Color).
Directions
Bake: 1/2 Bag Instructions (serves about 5)
Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F.
Arrange 1/2 bag frozen Golden Crinkles Fries in a single layer on an 11" x 17" baking sheet.
Heat for 25-29 minutes. Cook to a light golden color.
Season to taste.
1/2 Bag Instructions
Bake at 450 Degrees for 20-22 minutes.
Bake at 425 Degrees for 25-29 minutes.
Bake at 400 Degrees for 31-33 minutes.
Bake at 375 Degrees for 35-37 minutes.
3/4 Bag Instructions (serves about 9)
Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F.
Arrange 3/4 bag frozen Golden Crinkles Fries in a single layer on an 11" x 17" baking sheet.
Heat for 27-31 minutes. Cook to a light golden color.
Season to taste. Deep Fry: Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully.
Tips for Frying with Oil: Always preheat oil uncovered. If oil spatters, cover immediately and reduce heat. When spattering stops, remove cover and return to cooking temperature. Be careful not to spatter or spill oil onto hot burner of range.
Preheat cooking oil in electric deep fryer to 375 Degrees F. Fill deep fryer not more than half full of oil.
Fill fryer basket not more than half full of frozen Golden Crinkles Fries. Carefully lower basket into hot oil.
Fry 3-7 minutes. Cook to a light golden color.
Drain on paper towels. Season to taste. Fry: Air Fryer
Preheat to 400 Degrees F.
Place fries in basket in a single layer.
Heat for 6 minutes.
Remove basket and shake (to evenly heat the potato pieces).
Heat for another 6 minutes. Take temp to ensure reaching 165 Degrees F internal temp. Pan Fry: Heat 1/4 cup cooking oil in large skillet over medium-high.
Carefully add frozen Golden Crinkle Fries to form a single layer.
Fry 7-11 minutes, turning frequently. Cook to a light golden color.
Drain on paper towels. Season to taste.
Keep frozen.
