Directions
Half bag: pour 1/2 contents (2-1/2 cups) of bag into a medium microwave- safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring halfway through*. Let stand for 2 minutes. Add 1/3 cup milk and 1 tbsp butter, then mash to desired smoothness and season to taste.

Alternate directions: (to prepare without using the bag). Pour contents of bag into a large microwave-safe bowl, add 1/3 cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through*. Let stand for 2 minutes. Add 1/3 cup milk, and 2 tbsp butter, then mash to desired smoothness and season to taste.
