Recipe Instructions: 2 cups Tyson Grilled & Reads Applewood Smoke Flavored Chicken Breast Strips, 1 half head Iceberg lettuce, washed and cut, 1 half head Romaine lettuce, washed and cut, 1 Honey Crisp apple, cored and thinly sliced, 2 Tbsps olive oil, Feta cheese crumbles, 1 Tbsp Balsamic vinaigrette, Roasted, salted sunflower kernels. Warm a skillet, and add enough olive oil to cover bottom of pan. Add chicken, cover and heat over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, or until heated through. Toss lettuces with vinaigrette. Divide into individual bowls and top with warm chicken, apples, feta and sunflower kernels. Serving Suggestion: Serve with bread sticks. Heating instructions Skillet: (1) Heat frozen strips in nonstick skillet on medium for 3 to 5 minutes or until warm. Microwave: Microwave: (1) Center frozen strips on microwave safe plate. (2) Heat strips covered on high: 1/2 cup for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes, 1 cup for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes, 1-1/2 cups for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not overheat. Appliances vary. Heating times approximate.
