Cooking Directions:1. Preheat oven to 400degF. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking.2. Place frozen fish in a single layer evenly distributed on a shallow metal baking pan. Place pan on middle oven rack.3. Bake uncovered 25–30 minutes, or until crispy and browned. Turn fish over halfway through baking. Let stand 3 minutes.Microwave preparation is not recommended. Keep fish sticks frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw. Do not refreeze. Do not use in toaster oven.
Keep frozen. Promptly refrigerate any unused cooked fish sticks.
