Sugar, Wheat Flour (milled Wheat, Malted Barley Flour), Powdered Sugar (sugar, Cornstarch), Natural Vanilla Flavor, Salt, Natural Lemon Flavor, Citric Acid.
Directions
Lemon Square Mix: The perfect balance of tart lemon and sweet, buttery shortbread! In addition to the mix packets you will need: Crust Packet (Included). 10 Tablespoons butter, softened. Filling packet (included). 3 Eggs, room temperature. 1/2 Cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons). Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray or grease an 8x8-inch baking pan, set aside. Make the Crust: Empty contents of the crust mix packet into bowl and add softened butter. Using on electric mixer, beat on med-low until dough begins to come together. It will be dry. Using your hands press dough into prepared pan and slightly up sides of pan. Prick dough all over with a fork. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes or until golden around the edges. Reduce oven to 325 degrees F. Make the Filling: Empty contents of filling packet into a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk in eggs and lemon juice. Immediately pour over hot crust and return to oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until center of filling is set. Allow to cool completely before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar before serving (optional). Makes 16 Lemon Squares.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
