Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
