Steam: Steam (1) Fill a large stock pot with 1-2 inches of water. Bring to a boil, and add seasoning. (2) Place thawed snow crab clusters in steam basket steam and steam in a covered pot for 3-4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Bake: Bake: (1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (2) Place thawed snow crab clusters in a shallow baking pan in a single layer. (3) Place hot water in the pan, about 1/8 inches deep. (4) Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Cooking instructions: To thaw: Place in refrigerator 10-12 hours before cooking or until thawed. For quick thaw: Place under cold running water for 3-5 minutes or until thawed. Use immediately after thawing. Caution: Contents will be hot. Heating times are approximate. They will vary due to the make, model and temperature calibration of your stove or oven. For best results, cook as directed. For food safety, cook to internal temperature of 145 degrees F before eating.
