Cooking Instructions: Microwave Oven: (one tray) 1. Microwave on high for 5 minutes with plastic film in place. 2. Lift film over beans and rice and stir. Replace plastic film to cover entire tray. 3. Rotate 1/4 turn and microwave 5 to 6 minutes more. 4. Carefully remove film before serving. Conventional Oven: (one tray) 1. Preheat oven to 325F. 2. Remove from box. Do not remove film on container. 3. Place on baking sheet and heat for 55-60 minutes. 4. Carefully remove film before serving. Heat thoroughly. For food safety and quality, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165F prior to eating. *Please note that heating time may vary with individual ovens.
