During the twentieth century, the mill was one of many small, family-run mills that peppered the country. Now, these small mills are few and far between. We've remained small because we care about the quality of our products. So much so that we're involved in the production process every step of the way. We work with local farmers to hand select each batch of wheat, ensuring it meets our quality standards. We mill our own flour and hand-craft each mix in small batches on-site. Sugar, Unbleached Enriched Flour (wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Brown Sugar (sugar, Invert Sugar, Cane Molasses), Chocolate Chips [sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin (emulsifier), Artificial Flavor], Spices (nutmeg, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cloves), Pumpkin Powder (pumpkin Maltodextrin), Cinnamon, Sodium Bicarbonate, Baking Powder, Salt.
Directions
Mix: Combine bag of cookie mix, 1/3 cup of oil, and 8 oz. of pumpkin in a bowl. Mix together with a spoon or with a hand mixer until smooth. Bake: Drop by spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake cookies at 375 degrees F for 15-18 minutes. Eat: Remove from oven carefully, let cool, and enjoy!
