Always use salmon immediately after thawing. Remove fillet from plastic prior to cooking. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and place fish onto baking sheet. Frozen: Bake 15-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Thawed: Bake 14-16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Stove Top Saute: Frozen: Heat a lightly oiled pan to medium low. Place fish in pan for 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Thawed: Heat a lightly oiled pan to medium low. Place fish in pan for 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Grill: Frozen: Preheat grill to medium. Place aluminum foil on grill, set the fillet on the foil and cook for 15-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Thawed: Preheat grill to medium-high. Place aluminum foil on grill, set the fillet on the foil and cook for 14-16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Because grills and ovens vary, you may need to adjust cooking time. This is a natural product; thinner fillets will cook faster than thicker fillets.
