Microwave Directions: Puncture plastic film in several spots on top of tray or peel film back on tray about 1/4-inch to vent. Place tray in microwave. Heat on high for 30 seconds. Carefully peel back film from tray and stir contents. Re-cover with the film and continue to heat for an additional 30 seconds or until hot. Let tray stand for 1 minute, if desired.
