Directions
Prep Time: 15 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. You Will Need (Read labels of all recipe ingredients to ensure all are gluten-free): 1 cup water; 2 tbsp. gluten-free soy sauce; 1 pkg. Stir-Fry Seasoning Mix; 2 tbsp. vegetable oil; 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips; 2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces; 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into think strips; 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion. Cooking Instructions: 1. Mix water, gluten-free soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in small bowl until blended. Set aside. 2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. 3. Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet with green beans. Cover. Cook 4 minutes. Add bell pepper and onion; stir fry 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Return chicken to skillet. Stir fry 1 minute or until heated though. Serve with cooked rice, if desired. Makes 5 servings.
