Dehydrated Potato With Preservative (Sodium Bisulfite), Corn Starch, Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sour Cream (Cultured Cream, Nonfat Milk), Salt, Modified Tapioca Starch, Dehydrated Chives, Emulsifier (Monoglycerides), Citric Acid, Disodium Phosphate, Artificial Flavor, Lactic Acid, Preservative (BHT). Contains: Milk, Wheat.
Directions
Add milk And margarine (butter)
Oven directions: 1. preheat oven to 400 F. 2. place potatoes into 1 1/2 qt. Casserole dish. 3. sprinkle sauce mix over top. 4. stir in 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, 2 1/4 cups boiling water and 2/3 cup 2% milk. 5. bake at 400 F. uncovered about 35 minutes (until potatoes are tender). Let stand a few minutes. High altitude: prepare as directed above except increase baking time to 35 to 40 minutes.
Microwave directions: 1. prepare as directed for oven preparation, except use 3 qt. Microwave oven-safe dish. 2. increase boiling water to 2-1/2 cups and add 2 tablespoons margarine; do not stir in milk. Cover and microwave on high for 15 minutes. 3. stir in 2/3 cup 2% milk and sauce mix. Cover and microwave for an additional 5 minutes. Stir. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Stove-top directions: heat potatoes, sauce mix, 2-1/4 cups hot water, 2 tablespoons margarine or butter and 2/3 cup 2% milk to boiling in 2- quart saucepan over high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 to 22 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and sauce is as thick as you'd like. (Sauce will thicken as it stands.)
